To that end, ACE is proud to accept most public health plans such as Kern Family Healthcare, HealthNet, Straight Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medi/Medi, and Covered California. Our mission is to make high-quality medical care available to everybody in Kern County, regardless of their ability to pay. And through our in-house Optical Department, which features a large selection of stylish metal and plastic frames, we are able to fill prescriptions for eyeglasses. ACE’s Bakersfield doctors provide routine eye exams, diabetic eye exams, eye disease management and testing, contact lens assessments, surgical eye care, and primary medical care.
